The Second Wave is Coming....
CoViD-19 may be a disease caused by a virus, but the virus doesn't simply fly around in the air by itself. It travels in droplets of water that may be fairly large (and go SPLAT a few feet away) or not visible to the naked eye (aerosol that can float in the air for hours).
Watch this video and consider: Do masks make sense?
The Between the Waves team is committed to preventing preventable suffering and death as we struggle together through this unprecedented CoViD-19 pandemic. Someone who is asymptomatic (and insists that they are feeling terrific) can be infected and infect others. Someone who has recovered from CoViD-19 may or may not have antibodies. Someone who does have the antibodies may or may not be protected from re-infection.
An infant, a senior, and everyone in between can get infected and deteriorate rapidly -- OR have only mild symptoms and recover.
Many people with pre-existing conditions have survived, and some "perfectly healthy" folks have died -- all from CoViD-19 and its effects that we are still learning about since Wuhan started its lockdown in December 2019.
The Between the Waves team has a passion for sharing information with you to share with your circles of friends, family, and colleagues to increase the community's chances of staying well, surviving this pandemic, and perhaps even ending up more strong and healthy than before.
The last few months have been unprecedented and challenging for many people worldwide.
The most vulnerable have been elderly and those with health issues such as:
COPD,
and other factors.
People are more vulnerable to CoViD-19-related infection and death if they are:
- Poor,
- Living in high-density population settings,
- Suffering from malnutrition,
- Unable to access basic health care,
- Working jobs that put them at higher risk for contracting CoViD-19,
- Members of the "Black and Brown" communities that suffer well-documented, dramatic health disparities.
It is too late for the tens of thousands who have already died of CoViD-19 in the USA at the time of this writing.
However, we can decide to learn from mistakes and tragedy, then apply new knowledge to today and tomorrow to prevent preventable suffering and death.
Now that the first wave of the novel Corona virus 2019 (CoViD-19) is finally starting to ebb away, we hope that the next wave will be smaller as the weather gets colder and flu season arrives.
But if the next wave is significantly larger than the first, as the second wave was during the flu epidemic in 1918, we will be ready for it.
For many years, our teachers have been preparing us students for this time.
The Between the Waves team encourages everyone to listen to the experts who have been studying epidemics, pandemics, and the human body's immune system. We have curated some of the most cutting-edge medical training, understanding, and experience on how to prepare, survive, and recover from this situation.
A vaccine most likely will not be ready within the next few months -- and some say not until the Summer of 2021 -- so what can we do to protect ourselves and others NOW?
We have cutting-edge technology and well-researched information from researchers, scientists, and physicians that could save your life.
Let us help you and your loved ones build up your immune systems to fight off microscopic pathogens.
Some practices are widely known, such as drinking lots of filtered water to stay hydrated, and getting out in the sun for fresh air and Vitamin D.
Others are not as well-known, but gaining recognition, such as drinking 16 ounces of plain celery juice on an empty stomach each day.
Then there are tools that border on the mystical, but have worked for thousands of people worldwide. Learn some tools -- like tapping, for example -- given to us by holistic physicians and teachers who are passionate about showing others a way out of the misery of chronic illness that frustrate today's medical experts and increase the risk of contracting CoViD-19.
"As our technology advances, the gap between scientists and intuitive healers gets smaller."

"Science is the modern language of mysticism."
"There are things we must do immediately. We must increase the public education about the basics. Washing hands, social distancing, appropriate face covering."
We would love to share information we hope you find helpful.
